Dr. Olivia Rutledge, PT, DPT
Owner and Founder of Pelvic Solutions
Olivia received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College in 2021. She has completed the Pelvic Health PT Level 1 course through the APTA and is certified in Lumbopelvic Dry Needling to better serve the pelvic floor community.
Olivia has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jessie, for 4 years sharing a 1-year old little boy and two doodles. In her free time, Olivia enjoys hanging out with family and friends, spending time at the golf course with her husband, working out, and traveling to new places.
Pelvic Solutions started as an idea when Olivia was pregnant with her first-born, Parker. Following her initial prenatal appointments, Olivia was motivated to educate fellow mamas on how to best prepare the body for labor and delivery as well as into the postpartum period. Olivia used her own experience with pregnancy and the postpartum period to educate herself on all things pelvic floor in order to help other women feel the best in their bodies during all phases of life and return to the things they love!
