Dr. Olivia Rutledge, PT, DPT

Founder and CEO of Pelvic Solutions, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sports Management, Olivia went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College in 2021. She has since completed the Pelvic Health PT Level 1 course through the APTA, is certified in Lumbopelvic Dry Needling to better serve the pelvic floor community and has taken other courses such as “How to Treat the Pelvic Floor Without Kegels.”

Olivia has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jessie, for 5 years sharing a 1-year old little boy, a soon-to-be newborn and two doodles. In her free time, Olivia enjoys hanging out with family and friends, spending time at the golf course with her husband, working out, and traveling to new places.

Pelvic Solutions started as an idea when Olivia was pregnant with her first-born, Parker. Following her initial prenatal appointments, Olivia was motivated to educate fellow mamas on how to best prepare the body for labor and delivery as well as into the postpartum period. Olivia has a strong passion for helping women feel empowered in their own bodies and she believes that they deserve a higher standard of care than what is given most of the time. Olivia’s vision for Pelvic Solutions is that women will feel that they are in a safe space receiving high quality and individualized care based off of their specific needs. She is passionate about looking at the entire individual versus just the pelvis to address limitations.
