Pelvic Solutions was created by Dr. Olivia after seeing too many women struggle with pelvic floor symptoms that were dismissed as “normal.” Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, bladder leaks, and pelvic pain deserve more than quick appointments and generic kegel exercises.
Here, every patient receives one-on-one care designed to uncover the root cause and create lasting change. Our mission is simple: help women restore strength, confidence, and control in their bodies so they can fully enjoy life again.
Dr. Olivia received her B.A. in Sports Management from UVA-Wise in 2017 and graduated from Emory & Henry College with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021. She went on to earn her certification in pelvic health through the APTA, completing PH1, PH2 BD, and PH2 PP courses, and is currently pursuing PH3 for pediatric pelvic floor health. Her continuing education has also focused on prenatal preparation and innovative approaches to pelvic floor care without Kegels.

"If you're my patient, go see Dr. Olivia"
"Dr. Olivia is so great! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about pelvic floor health. After having my first baby I noticed I was still having knee pain and knew it stemmed from my hips or pelvic floor. Dr. Olivia did her assessment, with respect and proper consent throughout, after she explained all of her findings and demonstrated the exercises with providing detailed instruction on how to do the exercises at home. I’m so grateful for Olivia’s time and expertise. If your my patient I’ll probably tell you to see Dr. Olivia after birth and if your not my patient, this is me telling you to see Dr.Olivia- Your postpartum Nurse."

She was kind, considerate, and approached sensitive topics with compassion. There was never an instance where I felt insecure about the issues I had been experiencing. I highly recommend to anyone who is pre/post pregnancy, has pelvic floor concerns, or those with back/neck pain as well!!"

She makes sure you understand completely what your “homework” is and trust me if you do what she says it will work! I enjoyed every visit! She is very professional but personal. I felt as if I have know her all my life and was comfortable telling her all my unpleasant issues. Ladies, If you are looking to improve your pelvic floor this is the place to come to!"

Pelvic floor physical therapy involves a thorough evaluation of your core, breathing patterns, posture, and pelvic floor muscles to identify the root cause of symptoms—not just treat them on the surface. Treatment may include hands-on techniques, individualized exercises, and education to improve strength, coordination, and mobility. It can help reduce pain, leakage, prolapse symptoms, diastasis recti, and postpartum or pregnancy-related concerns so you can move and live with confidence.
If you're experiencing symptoms like pelvic pain, leaking with exercise, coughing or sneezing, pressure or heaviness in the pelvis, painful intercourse, or core weakness after pregnancy, pelvic floor physical therapy may be the right solution for you. These issues are often related to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and can improve with specialized care. During your initial consultation, our therapist will assess your symptoms, movement patterns, and pelvic floor function to determine if pelvic floor therapy is the best approach for your recovery.
Absolutely. Your privacy and safety are top priorities, and all therapy sessions are conducted in a secure, private, confidential environment. We follow strict guidelines to ensure that your personal and health information remains private.
Improvement times can vary based on individual goals and the nature of your condition. Some people notice progress after just a few sessions, while others may require several weeks of therapy. Your therapist will create a customized plan and monitor your progress to help you achieve the best results. On average, patients will see us for 8-12 sessions following the initial evaluation.
If you’re tired of generic advice and ready for real solutions, it’s time to take the next step.
