 In-Person Appointments
All in-person pelvic floor physical therapy takes place at my Christiansburg, VA office.
Your first visit includes a review of your medical history and intake forms, a full-body movement exam to find the root cause of symptoms, and, if needed, an internal assessment. I take a holistic approach, addressing movement patterns, nervous system regulation, and bladder, bowel, and dietary function.
Patients typically see me weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on needs, with most plans lasting 6–10 sessions.
Each session includes hands-on therapy to reassess symptoms, plus updated exercises to practice between visits.
In-home visits available upon request (small travel fee applies).

 1:1 Online Coaching
Online coaching offers all the same benefits as in-person sessions—right from home!
We’ll meet biweekly to review your progress, update exercises, and reassess movement. Between sessions, you’ll have access to me via email or text, plus a Google tracking form to support accountability for food, hydration, bladder/bowel health, and exercises.
My goal is to guide you toward freedom from pain or incontinence, and to support you through prenatal or postpartum care. Online coaching is ideal for those without local access, busy schedules, or limited childcare options.

The prenatal course covers perineal massage, pelvic floor-friendly pushing positions, ways to prevent tearing, ease common pregnancy aches, and reduce risk of severe diastasis recti.
The postpartum course teaches how to assess diastasis recti, safely progress core movements, and protect your core and back during daily tasks like lifting a car seat or baby.

Dr. Olivia is a gem! I have seen her since September and have had a wonderful experience.
